Return Policy & Credit Terms

All returns require an original tax invoice and apply only to unopened, standard inventory items. Claims for damaged or mismatched products must be reported within seven days of delivery, allowing for thorough physical verification at our Korba facility.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a verified error by Gn Traders. Credit notes are issued promptly upon successful inspection and reconciliation of returned goods at our Korba desk.
